I Love Sleep

So today I learned that it is important to get 7.5-8 hours of sleep a day. I try to get that every night,by going to bed early. That can help but Im also on some migrane medicine that I take at bedtime and it helps be sleep through the night, so Im kind of biased on the subject. But the nights I dont get enough sleep, then Im very cranky, and hard to get along with. the 60 minutes interveiw told me that people with little sleep are in the same boat with someone under the influence of alcohol, when it comes to driving and that frightens me. I love sleep, and I know Im getting the recomended hours of sleep, plus I take naps every now and then. So get your sleep, and make a place a better world to live in.
